6	md	Sweet potatoes w/jackets on
1/2	c	Honey
1/4	c	Butter
1/2	c	Orange juice

Boil 6 medium sized sweet potatoes with jackets left on. Drain when tender and remove skins. Cut in half lengthwise. Arrange in a buttered baking dish. Heat honey, butter, and juice together. Add this sauce to potatoes and bake in a quick over about 400 degrees until brown.
